I hold the role of Senior Vice President, Global Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolism (CVRM), BioPharmaceuticals Business Unit. In this role I address the unmet needs in four inter-related disease areas: metabolism, 心脏衰竭, cardiovascular disease and renal diseases, helping to drive our ambition to stop, reverse and cure these chronic, progressive and often time devastating diseases by maximising our medicines, delivering innovative solutions and advancing our pipeline.  

I began my 30 year career in healthcare as a pharmacist and since then have helped to bring important medicines to people who have very few or limited options. I’ve joined the CVRM team with deep experience in marketing and sales, payer and access strategies, as well as leadership and engagement. Recognising the deep commitment we have in this important therapy area, I look forward to leading AstraZeneca into the future of CVRM care for the millions of people globally living with these conditions. 

I joined our company more than two decades ago and have had increasing responsibility across the organisation and throughout multiple therapy areas. Most recently, I served as the SVP of US 呼吸 & 免疫学, delivering significant growth and expansion of the therapy area with several new product launches, including our first respiratory biologic, and the delivery of several innovative new approaches in digital health and patient centric support programs.
